Dude, he can be better than my Varela, make him a special training schedule with focus at Tactics, Set Piece, Strenght, Shooting, (That for what I see, for what he needs) and he will already be a world class player, a wonderkid, and let him play always, he will be worth like over 20 Million at age 17, and over 30 at age 18, with already caps for his nations. It's a special situation, dont listen to you assistant in this matter, judge yourself.

Yeah hes in a special youth training schedule just until hes 17, but my scout found this guy aswell. He might have a few flaws, but i rekon i can sort them out.

what i tend to do is get my scouts (maximum scouts) to scout there nation for players under 17 each year, then after the second season they normally come back with a few reccomendations and then i sign them up from there.
Ive found that the french youngsters turn out really good, but theyre usually the dearest....my american scout found a young american, cant remember his name but all his stats were pretty much 17/18/19 etc and he was 15!!! he was on a free as well from toronto and i snapped him up and loaned him to my feeder club in belgium for 3 years, he came back as a wonderkid, value was about 8mil and is now wanted by about 30 clubs!!!

Very nice regens, especially Ignacio looks like a faster Fabregas.
They are all great, In a FM game yet I have not been in a situation where Regen is that good because I never seem to play them for too long.
What do you guys think of this guy I managed to ****** for 3m?

when you guys get these regens-whether you buy them young or they come thru your academy-do you always set specific, even individual, training methods for them?
