Top Teams' Disaster

Was thinking the other day. Has anyone experienced either of these teams getting relegated?

Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Man. United to the Npower Championship
AC Milan, Inter, Juventus, AS Roma to the Serie B
Barcelona, Real Madrid to the LIGA Adelante.

If so, can you upload a save?

Roma have been relegated a couple of times for me, don't have any current saves with them (sorry) but they are constant underachievers for me so I'm sure it can't be hard to see them get relegated if you just put Serie A and B on every time you start a new save.
