Dude this tactic is fantastic. Tested with a newly-promoted Almeria and finished 2nd (Real Madrid won the league). 28 wins, 8 draws and 2 loses. Also I reached the finals of the national cup. Sadly, i lost that match.
I don't know what will happens the second season but I will definitely keep using this phenomenal tactic.

It's plug and play but obviously as every tactic it works better when the players reach a high level of familiarity with the tactic.
