After being criticized by his manager about his goal drought, Sebastian Giovinco scored 4 goals including a hat-trick in 6 minutes. Even if it was a club that TFC should be beating, Giovinco's confident will go up after this game. Eriq Zavaleta, Jordan Hamilton, and his first ever professional goal Raheem Edwards all scored for Toronto FC. Toronto dominated this game with a 30 shot difference compare to Quebec.

Unfortunately, just before the end of the game, Jordan Hamilton got injured and now will be out 2-3 weeks.

Thanks!! I would love to read your version if you ever do one. Also I was a season ticket holder from 2013-15 and went to last year finals. it still hurts how we lost.

The battle of the giants was a very close affair until Sebastian Giovinco showed why he was the best player in the MLS. Scored both goals in injury time. Altidore made his return to the pitch after missing 4 games and made an instant impact by giving Toronto FC the penalty. This win give TFC three straight wins in MLS, putting them 4-0-1 record.

Next game will be in Columbus as Toronto FC will face their Trillium Cup rivals, the Columbus Crew.

Giovinco has scored Toronto FC's last 4 goals in the MLS and 8 goals in the last 3 games in all competitions. This game was a tale of two halves as we dominated the first half but disappeared in the 2nd half. By the half, TFC had a 11-4 shot lead before Columbus went all out in the 2nd half. But defensively, Drew Moor and Eriq Zavaleta made plenty of key blocks that helped us survive the onslaught.

We lost Tosaint Ricketts for 2-3 months after suffering a torn hamstring late in the game. Its a big loss as he and Jordan Hamilton are still out and Toronto FC is easily bring Jozy Altidore back into form.

The second leg of the Canadian Championship almost the same as the first. Using a reserve starting XI, Jozy Altidore played his first full game since the injury, scoring 4 goals including two penalties. Ben Spencer made his 1st team debut with a goal and an assist. Ashtone Morgan scored the other goal. With the win, Toronto FC will go to the Second Round.

Next game will be at BMO Field as Toronto FC will host the Chicago Fire.

Great news for Toronto FC fans as Jordan Hamilton as returned from injury after the CNHP du Quebec 1st leg game. Hamilton made not play against Chicago Fire but will be a relief for the club after Tosaint Rickett injury that put him out for 2-3 months.

Victor Vazquez scored his first 2 goals for his Toronto FC career in a comeback win after Steven Beitashour accidently headed the in his own net. After the own goal, Toronto FC put on the pressure and ended up winning the game. Sebastian Giovinco and Jozy Altidore were tightly marked by the Fire's defense but Vazquez became the 3rd striker to score. Also Bastian Schweinsteiger didn't do much this game which was a good thing for us.

This win also puts us in 1st place in both the Eastern Conference and the Supporter's Shield.

Next game will be back at BMO Field as Toronto FC will host the Houston Dynamo

TFC's first draw of the year comes in the 8th match of the season against the Houston Dynamo. Beitashour scored his first MLS goal for Toronto FC and his first since 2013 when he played for the San Jose Earthquakes. But Romell Quioto scored early in the 2nd half to make it 1-1. It's a shame that will could score on our chances as our attack were more threatening. With the draw, Toronto FC fell into 2nd place in both Eastern Conference and Supporter's Shield as the New York Red Bulls reclaimed their spot in top.

Toronto FC's main defender Drew Moor got injured at the end of the game after falling awkwardly and now will be out for 4-5 weeks. Nick Hagglund and Jason Hernandez will battle for time now.
