John Tosack is set to quit Wales after six years in the job.

The news comes in the wake of Wales beginning their Euro 2012 qualifying campaign with a 1-0 defeat to Montenegro on Friday.
The former Real Madrid boss is believed to be prepared to stay on until a replacement is found and could take charge for next month's games against Bulgaria and Switzerland.

Bit of a shame, I thought he had done all right with Wales. Thoughts?

why are so many managers leaving after one / a few games of the new season at the moment?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but what's he done with Wales that's good and made them better?

Sav had a row with him years ago though, Still next manager to be Ryan Giggs? it begs the question doesnt it.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!! thank god he's a terrible managerm, he played 5 defenders against leichtenstien and most players hate him. Basically, a chimp could manage wales better than him.

Jesus, must be worse than I thought then. I don't really follow Wales, but I assumed he was doing okay-ish. Evidently not. XD

who should be the next wales manager?

After all the rumors toshacks job was under pressure iv'e now heard he's left, i was just wondering who you think his replacement should be?

Personally, i think either Bryan Flynn for his success with the U21's or dave jones as he's managed much of the welsh sqaud before during his quite succsesful time with cardiff, a welsh club

It'll end up being someone stupid, like... Robbie Savage.

ill be the first one to state the obvious shall i?

Martin O'Neil

I also meant why do you think whoever you said ? Also does anyone agree with my dave jones theory, i think it'd be good for everyone involved if he managed wales AND cardiff at the same time

Curbishley maybe? i'd like to see ryan giggs as manager, but as he still plays it wouldn't happen :'(

oh and Tony Mowbray, watch this space :O :)

Gordon Brown.

Be could do a job with anyone & anything.

Heerrroooo!!
