makes a huge difference to young players and you'll see big growth.
in pre season, use the pre season 0 games unless you have a game then pick the 1 or 2 games.

Very strange, I done a new season long holiday and was west ham, finished 3rd and was top scorers in first season with no signings.

its the secund time it happends, in the beta, the first season i had a tactic the played very well was a realy great season, 2º season they start to play very bad then i start using this one and then was even better i win all, portuguese championship, league cup, portuguese cup, portuguese supercup and champions league, then when the world clubs cup start the team started play bad and after that still playing bad thats strange (sorry my english its very bad i know xD)
