Hey FMBASE, I am looking for a young CB for under £8,000,000 who turns out to be an absolute cracker of a player in about one or two seasons.

Im managing tottenham and have a total budget of 8m

I got Ryan Shawcross at the start of the 2nd season for 10.75m and he's turned out to be a great buy, thoroughly recommended if you can afford him. If not, either make a board request or go for Phil Jones as suggested above
