Tottenham fm11

In fm11 demo, my first club is Tottenham..I'm not so good start in season and I think that I have to many good players for each positon.
So, please try to give me good tactic ( my current is 4-4-2 ) and starting line up-
New players are Lukaku and Maxwell and this is my first team for now:
Gomes - Corluka-King-Gallas-Maxwell, Lennon-Modric-Van der Vaart-Bale, Defoe,Crouch ( target man )

I'm also started with Tottenham and my formation is 4-4-2,only played friendlys so far so good...Pav (deep lying support) and Defoe (poacher),Van der Vaart is great when I play him as advanced playmaker support

Please do not ask for tactics, (especially since the game isn't released yet )
