If you're looking at the ST Alan, I wouldn't, signed him up at Villarreal and he flopped scored once in 15 games, maybe the tactic but everyone else was scoring so I doubt it, also in the 3rd season is Pandev not too old for what you will pay for him?
 
Seydou Doumbia/Vaclav Kadlec, not as cheap but both have always scored plenty for me.
 
Stay away from Pandev. Tottenham should be able to attract a better striker than that. Papiss Cisse should be available in that range
 
You should be looking at much better players than that mate in your 3rd season already :)

and do not ask me in that tone to suggest players for you :P
