Tottenham / Spurs HELP!!

hi im starting a new game with my beloved tottenham, however i have found this years fm much harder than before. spurs have potential, with the CORRECT tactic t0 win league/cup competitions and with none i will be so mad!

i would like to play a 4-2-3-1 (before transfers)

walker kaboul dawson BAO
parker modric
lennon VDV bale
adebayor


all i need to know is what team instructions would you use, strategy, philosophy, etc etc in order to help me win a competition and finish in at LEAST the top 4?

I'm currently using Tottenham too with a 4-2-3-1 formation from the start and currently in 2015/16 season

the best tactic for Tottenham I have made! you need to buy Willian or another quick inside forward though!

transfers first season and league table second season, came 2nd first season on 91 points, Utd got 106!!
