Do you find touchline teamtalks make any difference?

Yeah, twice i've been behind and came back to win after issuing a touchline team talk.

Might just be coincidence though.

Telling the team to concentrate will often remove complacent body language and get the team more focused.

I'm enjoying the new team talks a lot and they seem to do a decent job of adjusting the team's mentality a bit in the direction you want.
