tournament bonuses, high, low & medium?

there is one thing that I do not understand, it is the tournament bonuses, high, low and medium.

I always choose high on all tournaments because the players get happy.

but there must be advantages too when choosing low? oO):S

depending on who i am,i normally set league to medium and cup to high.Might give them a bit more motivation to win the cup

They won't be as motivated with low - medium bonuses, but they will with high bonuses!

On FM10, I had a network game where my partner put his bonuses on low and Bellamy's morale shot straight to very low.

I never give them high bonuses, in FM09 I always felt it was counter-productive (i.e. the players had the PR icon and Superb morale and something about the bonuses in their personal happiness but played like ****...)

medium bonuses all the way for my players, don't like it? then **** off somewhere else!

they get very poor morale in random times in the season, saying dissapionted about low collective bonus. low morale mean poor performance. just stick to medium unless you have cash to burn
