discovered a cheat as such
using in game editor it is possible to change any players status to trained by club
simply go to a players profile and click on the editor and go to change attributes, in there is to option to change that players status to trained by club to any club.
I had difficulty with Spal in serie a. got 4 players and i had no first team squad trained by club. I had demote 4 first team players to u20s in order to facilitate the squad space for 4 substandard youth players who were trained by club. Now i have full control over who is in my squad.
