Training advice needed

Hi,

I am looking for advice on individual training.

Do people prefer to let their assistants set the individual training or do you give each player something yourself to work on?

Is it better to work on individual attributes or something more general?

I do individual training myself.

The I set the focus to whatever he's lacking. If it's one glaring flaw, then one attribute only.
