Training advice needed

Again (see tactics thread) new to Champ 2006 - not played since about 01/02 version!
Need some advice on training - or is it ok to leave to 'General'?

If you havn't played since CM 01/02 then training should come natural to you as the training in this one is very similar to 01/02. Just give it a go, you can't really do anything wrong
