Training Advice!

Obviously as well know, injuries in FM 15 are a massive pain in the ****, i've been getting a lot of muscle injuries recently long term ones, was wondering if i'm doing anything wrong in training? my fitness coaches are both 4 and a half stars, intensity high during pre season and average during season, also the coaches workload is light... any tips? cheers
