Hello, i know that players under age 18 can develop playing in S18..but what about the reserve team? Can i leave a player till the age of 20 in reserve team? will him develop as well?

You can't just abandon them , you need to nurture them

• Send them to a club where they'll get playing time
• Ask an experience player to tutor them off the pitch
• Train them in the attributes they're weak in and in the position you eventually want them to play
• Give them game time in cup competitions

I agree with all of this except the first point. Development of a young player is much better served at the parent club with the right facilities and training, I don't loan players out till around 19-20.
