I have my starting training at Team co very high and tactics only but the team seem don't seem to be becoming familiar with the tactics any ideas why?

are you constantly chopping and changing the philosophy, player roles, touchline shouts, ect?

are you constantly swapping players around or buying loads of players and putting them straight into the first team? or even tweaking tactics a lot? all these will have an effect.. with your training schedule you want to turn match prep down to 10-20 percent, then for the first week have the general training on fitness until your first team and subs are at least match fit, then swap the general training to tactics and very high with the match prep on team work/cohesion. Also, play styles that are not native to a set of players will take longer to settle into, for example, if you have squad of english folk, getting them to play the Brazilian flair and creativity game will take some getting used to.

Haven't changed anything in the tactic but will try you suggestions thanks guys :)

also, the coaches are important too, if the tactic you are using isn't their preferred tactic to train, it will take a while for the coaches to get used to the tactic too.
