How do i get the workrate up, cant seem to get any more than average or light.

Any help appreciated

surely doing more intensive training with increase their work rate because they are used to working more everyday in training? Do you have your own training schedule or have you just got the 'general' standard one?

Sorry i'm new to the forums and don't download training schedules so I don't know much about Tugs. What is the current workload you have it set on?
