Wasnt sure where to post this...

But Im sure a bad training regime affects your players fitness etc, so can anyone give me tips on how to make the best possible training regime to improve my players. :)
 
I just put it as full as I can get it, you rarely get injuries from it... no more than you would get injuries during matches
 
I used to make training high workload, but in fm11, I've made it medium and my players seem to respond better. Their stats are increasing nicely, and fitness levels seem much better too. I still get a few injuries but
 
If you want to improve your players' fitness, I'd suggest you train them as hard as possible in Strength and Aerobics during pre-season. My signature has a link to Pre-Season Training Schedules that I made. There are schedules separately for Senior players and Youth Players especially for pre-season. Also Injured and Regular schedules if needed. But if you want, you could try adjusting strength and aerobics during pre-season as see what results you get... ;)
