training help

Hi guys im not new to fm but i have no idea what to do with training the whole thing puts me brain dead so if anyone could tell me what to do ect i would be for ever grateful

Download a schedule from here. Training Schedules - Downloads - Football Manager 2012 Tactics, Wonderkids & Cheats

Extract it using WinRAR, into your FM12 folder in your docs, under Sports Interactive. Make a schedules folder in your FM folder, and extract them to there.

Open your game, go to the training tab, open 'manage schedules', click 'import', import the schedule you downloaded, then put players into the individual schedules.

thanks for the link but i have 2 problems:
i have 2 sports interactive folders
and how do i put them into individual schedules and will they be unhappy at there work load ??
also what schedule would you recommend?
