training players to new positions??

hey guys, im just wondering...how do i train a player into a new position??? can anyone tell me in full detail?? i just cant find it anywhere

Well, you go to "Training" and then you click one any of that arrows in the player's attributes, and in the new screen there will be an option to you to train him in another position!

go to training then its on the menu! just up training moves and below their trainig schedule no "affence" but coming from such an expert its quite weird
