prior to the season starting what do you train? I've only really trained the obvious points such as, Team Cohesion and Fitness, but depending on the squads ability I'll spend one or two weeks at the end to focus on their weaknesses. During the season I spend a block of two weeks on the same focus and medium intensity, what do you guys and girls think that's the best to train before and during the season, also what intensity do you think is best and why?
