training problem

My coaches do not have their full star ratings on my new game. Rene Meulensteen is 2 and half stars for shooting when he is normally 4 and a half (I think). My other coaches' ratings are a lot lower than normal as well.

Does anybody know why?

Could it be that they are handling more categories this time ?
