Training Schedules. Do they actually work?

I'm currently just using the general ones - I was just wondering whether it was worth downloading one as I'm not sure it would make any difference.

Download Dan's training schedule, or Tugs . Or even, as me, I make my own ! I suggest that you should download training schedules, the players evolve much better !

SFraser's training schedules are much better IMO. I am using them (rather, a modified version of them) and am getting better results for developing players as well as the veteran ones. I am not sure about the other players, though. Now, if only I could make my own schedule!
