Training Schedules

I have downloaded a training schedule but i cannot find it on football manager 11 when i try to import it. What have i done wrong? im trying to import them into a game i have allready started but nothing is there!?

Have you put the file(s) in: My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2011\schedules?

Firstly what type of file is it? I should be a .tsh file. You may have to extract the .tsh files if they are in a.rar or .zip or something similar with a program like 7zip.

Then to import go:
Training > Schedules > Manage > Import and they should be there.
