Hi,
New to site and like what I see.
Got my 1st question.
A few of my players moan about training workloads when I get backroom advice. Thing is when I check on the players in questions training it says content or pleased with schedule. Are they unhappy or aren't they? And if so how can I sort this for them?

Content is happy. Every month i check everyones training and anyone unhappy, i create a new training schedule making it slightly lighter (only slightly). Content/pleased could mean your staff are lying to you, or it could mean they may be unhappy in the future. I check it on a monthly basis

Lower the match preparation, maybe take off their focused training, reduce the workload.

I only keep the training as high during pre season and when the season is underway I usually leave it on medium, also prevents injuries.
