Is there any way to train players to be unselfish?
Not sure if you're serious or not...

Willingness to play for the team and follow instructions is determined by the Teamwork attribute, so you should look at that. On the other hand, giving them roles/instructions that allow them to be unselfish is another way.

Dribble less, pass more instructions etc

Or looks for pass rather than shoot trait

Depends on teamwork mental attributes etc too

I have a player Matt Tubbs who is extremely selfish, i really want to change this, would this be a hidden attribute in editor, if so i wont bother, hate using editor as cheating

It's not a hidden attribute. It's related to what I said.

do u mean when player (mostly IF/W/FB/WB) advances in tight angle of the goal and shoots instead of trying low pass into 5 meter keeper area? that annoys me aswel (in case u meant that) - further more i'd like to know if ticking "MORE RISK PASS" reduces his shooting from those tight angles? 8-|
