On my training the Ball Control schedule thing has quite a low star. What attribute on the coaches improve this and what do Mental and Technique attributes do?
 
Well the technical attribute influences this. But as you may know, only the technical attribute won't give a very high star. There are coach calculators which calculate the stars (though i don't use them).
