How do i use a schedule that ive downloaded from on here ive created a folder called schedules and put it in just cant work out how to use it any help appreciated

- The schedule is for FM10 and does not work in FM11

- The Schedule has the extension .rar and you have to use winrar to unpack the files

- They are put in the wrong place
