Tranfer budgets?

Why do i start with no tranfer budget at all with Sunderland, the club is rich so i dont understand. Also wage budget terrible, can barely sign decent free transfers ?

At the start when you are setting up there is a box which says "Use budgets in first transfer window" (or something to that effect.) Make sure this is ticked. In future the Help thread may be more useful/appropriate.

also ur blew ur budget on gyan and they based it on that

Remember that the game takes into account what the team've done in real life.
