Transfer budget error?

Playing as Arsenal, I'm trying to sign Akinfeev for next season since he's near end contract.

The player agrees, but I can't close the deal because I don't have enough transfer budget?? I'm over 200k under my wage budget, and indeed I don't have transfer budget, but its an end of contract deal?

Adjust your wage budget and use some of that spare cash to put towards transfer budget
