Transfer Budget Problem

Just wondering if anyone else is having same issue as i am. I have started 3 new games as everton, city and man utd.

With man utd I get my offer of title challenge, gives me a budget of £30m which i agree to but when i go to buy a player i have £0?

You obviously clicked on "Allow first window transfer budgets" when starting the game. This makes it so that in your first transfer window, you won't be able to spend any of your money.
