Transfer Budget Problem

I’m currently Arsenal in the year 2027 on FM and over the past two seasons I’ve been given ridiculous transfer budgets. We’ve been third on the rich list for two years running now, and have a debt of 72M with an Estimated Value of 400m. This season I was given a 750k transfer budget to win the league, and last season was around the same amount. Any idea what the problem could be? I’m useless with numbers so looking over the financial screen does absolutely nothing to help me, but here’s a print screen in case it helps you.

(I used budget adjustment to bump my budget up to 2.5M, thats the highest it would go)
