Does anyone know if anyone has compiled a list of everyones transfer budgets?

Its often useful when you want to start a game with a lower team, but want a decent budget as i do...

Does anyone know any teams in any country who has a small reputation, but a big budget? I think Birmingham have a decent budget for example!

On the game yes. In real life maybe as SWFC have no debts anymore and have a very rich owner.

Leicester have around £6m to spend though
