Transfer centre screen

What is it with this screen ?
I cant seem to do anything.
I go to this screen,click on an offer but I cant select the tick.The only options I get are to "reject all offers"
So out of say 3 offers, how do I select the offer that I want to accept ?

Possible you can't let a player go on transfer or loan because he's homegrown?
