I'm wondering, if you are selling a player for 7.5 million and you but percentage of next sale 50% and Buy Back Price of say 10 million and then you buy him back for the 10 million, would you be technically only paying 5 million because of percentage of next sale?

Yep, although £10m will come out of your transfer budget, the clubs overall balance would only go down by £5m.

(I did this with Fabregas on my Arsenal save, they have a 50% next sale clause, so I bought Fabregas for £30m but the clubs finances only went down by £15m! Bargain!
