I'm in 2016 June now and have just received a message about Rooney. I'm everton and I get 25% of his next transfer money. But he's like 30 and I don't think he would get a transfer or will even want to move. There's a buyout fee of like 7M, should I sell the clause and take the 7M?

Yes, sell it for £7m.. It's unlikely he'll be sold.
