Transfer money question

So im in my second season with Spurs and sold Gareth Bale and Aaron Lennon for 12m and 15m but I haven't actually received any money to my transfer funds.

The game has even commented on the fact that I've made nearly 30million in transfers but I'm not seeing anything from it meaning I can't buy new players.

So does anyone know how long it takes for the club to receive cash from transfers? I made sure I wasn't being paid in monthly installments, just a lump sum, but nothing. Any help or ideas would be very much appreciated.

it depends on what % of the tranfer fees the club is willing to give you, the money will be there but your not being given it to spend
