Transfer offer problem

HELP!!!!!! Just started a new game with the proper release and am having a few problems. Firstly I made an offer of 5 million to Derby for Will Hughes only to be told that my offer of 275k had been rejected. I then hd an offer of 5.75mil accepted by Barcelona for Montoya but signed him for 2.9mil and then sold Azpilicueta to Everton for an agreed fee of 3.5mil plus future installments and only received 1.8mil on completion of the deal. WTF is happening? Also, all options for online games are blacked out on the main menu. I've reinstalled the game but same thing happens. Its only happened on this save since the game was released. Any ideas?

are you using installment, and for cesar did everton have any installments included, ive realised on fm14 they tend to use installments more

Where did you buy the game? If you bought from a third party site, such as Greenmangaming, you need to go to the site and get a 2nd key which will upgrade FM14 to the full release.
To fix the issues with transfers, you need to clear your cache.
