Transfer offer

Hello!
I wonder is it possible in fm13 see when the transfer offer is made for a player and then you can hijack it,i cant find it in fm12 you can subscribe for offers,but in fm13 i see only when the transfer hase been done

When the player is on a shortlist, go into "manage subscriptions" under your manager's drop down menu. Then go onto "Shortlists", select the shortlist and on the right their are lots of tick-boxes. Some of these will be to do with transfers, so just tick the relevant ones
