Transfer Preferences

Pretty much i was wondering if there was something you could with the editor in order to stop players from joining teams from random countries. I tend to manage in South Africa and it seems almost all the best players playing IN South Africa tend to always join a Qatari/UAB team, which is just absolutely ridiculous as to my knowledge no South African has ever done so. I can see in the editor there are a couple of things in the editor regarding transfer prefernences, but i'm not what to do tbh.

So can i do something in the editor in order to stop this, if so what?

go to those countries and under there transfer prefences change south africa to -2 (i think that's the one that means never transfers although not sure if it works for nations.)
