Transfer Targets Lists

Has anyone put players onto their Transfer Targets list so their Director Of Football gets the deal done for them?

Yeah, I have a save as the Green Bay Packers where I set the DOF to buy all my players and run the scouting as an NFL GM, and the HOYD the same for the kids..

They usually go for run of the mill,not sure its the setup or his stats... I may run the scouting abit closer target wise in future.
