Alright guys,

Does anyone know when an update for the transfers will be? I thought they usually bring one out during the transfer window and then one after? I could be wrong.

They don't, the next update is FM14! However, a number of people make updated databases: Football Manager 2013 Transfer Updates and Custom Leagues
