Transfer updates

Downloaded this latest update FM13 Transfers & Data Update (by_pr0) [3.9.2013] - Downloads - Football Manager 2013 Tactics, Wonderkids & Cheats

And done as it says but every time i load new game the database isnot there to load any idea why?

Doing my head in.I extract the files to :c:\users\username\documents\sportsinteractive\footballmanager2013\editordata

Any help much appreciated
