Transfering Staff

Hi there, I'm trying to get Roberto Mancini as my assistant manager but he keeps refusing. SO I'm wondering what stuff I'd need to edit using FMTRE to get him to join

he is a manager, look on their main profile screen, and you will see the jobs they prefer.

If you really want to edit it, you need to edit is staff roles. He'll obviously prefer to be a manager but you could make it so he prefers to be an Assistant Manager, or you could just make him the clubs assistant on the editor for when you make your manager.
