Transferring saved files

I recently got a new laptop and wanted to transfer my saved files on my computer to my laptop, i copied my files on the computer to a memory stick and moved them onto my laptop but i cant seem to load up my saved files. I'm 10 seasons in so i really don't want to start a new game especially since its not going to be long till football manager 11 comes out.

Can anyone help?

Are you getting an error message when you try and load them?

Make sure you are using the same patch that you had installed previously.

Have you moved them to your Games folder?

if you have done what Anu said above and are sure you put them in the correct place then You could always try copying the files onto your mem stick again as the files may have become corrupt.
