Transferring your save

I'm looking into buying a MacBook Pro but the question is can I transfer my save from my current laptop to the macbook if I was to buy one or is it not possible? Also if any of you have one how does it run on your MacBook, pretty smooth and fast for how much they cost I hope cheers

Just copy the save file like you would any other file?

just use one of them usb memory card i think there called, and copy save from one computer and then paste it on the other.
