After nearly getting the treble with Chelsea on my first season, I had a budget of £45M. I thought I could use this to buy Modric, but they want £89M for him...

I see people boasting at how they got him for 30/40 million, but have no idea how. How do you make your transfer targets cost less? Is there a way to make them really want a move to your club?

I talked to him in the press and he said he would welcome a chelsea bid. I bid. He says the same **** thing after. I even had to pay £39 Million for Ganso! Many people say they got him for 20m.

If no one can offer me advice on the above then do you reccomened any other established CMs?
Cheers

I agree with you, when i first got the game i had a look around with man utd... santos wanted 79 million for neymar, i know hes good but jesus !

I always try to unsettle the player first. Then for each offer that gets rejected, it will 9 times out of 10 make that player get angry at the club for not letting him go. Use the press to your advantage
