I think the transfers are very unrealistic. When i offer a player to clubs they wont offer amount that i am asking. They offer double amount of the players value, but when i am buying a player i sometimes offer much more money and they reject it. is this happening to anyone?

Not sure tbh, most teams want to keep their best players and therefore will only accept big bids, you can usually negotiate the fee a bit more to your advantage. Some clubs are just incredibly turgid and will hold out for as much as they possibly can and that's where I find it frustrating.
